Baltimore Consulting hits donation milestone following Bristol Mind donation
Baltimore Consulting proudly announces a £490 donation to Bristol Mind from Q4 2023 public sector placements. The funds will sponsor a suicide prevention course for two Bristol volunteers.
Allocated from mental health focused placements in adult social care, children’s services, and SEN provisions, this brings the company’s two year total charitable contributions to over £55,000, benefiting Cancer Research UK and Bristol Mind.
Addressing mental health’s impact on work, Baltimore Consulting prioritises employee well-being. Partnering with Spectrum.Life for an Employee Assistance Programme, they support a 4 day work week, “duvet days,” and weekly wellness time.
Recognising the prevalence of mental health-related sick leave (51%), the company’s donation contributes to closing the support gap for the 90% of UK employees without assistance.
In Q1 of 2024, Baltimore Consulting expands its in-house mental health first aid provision from two to five first aiders. This 6:1 mental health support ratio will serve multiple divisions, a valuable resource for employees.
Committed to impactful recruitment since 2013, Baltimore Consulting focuses on mental health, SEN, and safeguarding within Local Government and Education.
