We’ve come a long way since starting out in 2005 as specialist IT recruitment consultants. Privately owned with hands-on Directors, sector focused, flexible and friendly, we were never a typical CV pushing, ‘bums on seats’ recruiter. With the same core leadership team, we have been building client capabilities by creating dynamic, multi-disciplinary, highly skilled workforces to create lasting impact for clients for over twenty years.
During this time, we’ve kept pace with the changing dynamic of the marketplace – recognising the increased diversity of our customer requirements across both public and private sectors – and evolving our business accordingly to meet the real-time challenges that today’s organisations face.
What hasn’t changed is our unshakeable focus on expertise and service. It’s the people who always make the difference.
We’re thrilled to have placed 11th in the Sunday Times list of the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK. We received the accolade after earning the maximum three-star status for our extraordinary levels of employee engagement, and in recognition of our commitment to our employees, clients and local community. We’re proud to support The Grand Appeal as our Charity of the Year and contributed more than £13,000 in 2018.
