Urban Creation joins the Better Business network

Urban Creation has become the latest member of Bristol 24/7’s Better Business network in a commitment to Bristol and the South West.

The leading property developer creates high quality, stylish places for students, professionals and tourists to live in, in Central Bristol. Having created nearly 2,000 apartments, the company specialises in period properties
located in and around Clifton, offering apartments that are both great to live in and stand the test of time.

It’s seven student and three serviced accommodation properties combine high quality architecture with innovative clever spaces. What’s more, all apartments are fully furnished with all furniture, TV’s, sofas, WIFI, en suite shower rooms and fully fitted kitchens included.

Better Business
Better Business is an initiative launched by Bristol24/7 to help businesses thrive, whilst creating a positive impact on Bristol and the people who live here.

It’s latest development, Redmayne House on Whiteladies Road, is currently being developed into seven one bedroom luxury serviced apartments and are due to open on the 1st March.

The company is also extremely passionate about reducing its carbon footprint and has recently become carbon neutral for scope one and two of the business. Their pledge to minimise their impact on the environment also runs through to their developments where they invest in eco-features such as energy appliances solar panels, air-source heat pumps and triple glazing.
