Airsorted comes to Bristol
The world’s largest host management service, Airsorted, opened a new Bristol office earlier this year in order to bring its ‘hassle-free hosting service to property owners and landlords across the city’.
The company will support homeowners who wish to use their property to generate a flexible extra income and help professional landlords to maximise revenue on their property portfolios.
Those who stand to benefit include business travellers, who let their home for short periods throughout the year while they’re away, retirees who live outside the city and expats who have left the UK for work or to travel, but don’t want to sell their home.
This comes at a time when more and more Bristol residents are finding themselves struggling to access housing in the city – where the average house price costs more than ten times the average income.

Airsorted say they want to positively improve the experience of letting for homeowners in the city.
Speaking of the anticipated positive impact of the letting service on the city, Airsorted’s Bristol manager, William Caiger said: “We’re committed to making a tangible impact here in the South West and we’ve started as we mean to go on using local suppliers to deliver housekeeping, laundering and more.”
