See your business soar with a QA apprentice

By Rob Gray  Tuesday Jul 21, 2015

Having swiftly converted London and Edinburgh, QA are bringing their eagerly awaited CODED By Apprentices event, to Bristol’s most innovative businesses. Hosted in the city’s uber cool Engine Shed House, dating back to 1841, CODED will attract an exciting hub of ambitious start-up’s, young entrepreneurs, business moguls and those leading the way in solving the UK’s skills crisis: QA Apprentices. Inspiring companies to adopt a modern, socially responsible, and financially rewarding approach to hiring staff.

Providing a fool proof solution to the UK developer skills crisis, CODED, a free 4 hour event will prove how software developer apprentices provide vital coding skills to businesses, and how QA has helped over 900 software companies recruit and train brilliant young coders. With real examples and testimonials from high profile clients, including tech trailblazers; Cloud Heroes and Northdoor.

Whereas before, a successful business could run on mere bricks and mortar we now live in a world built on algorithms and Java, measured by app downloads and page impressions, and run by costly graduates with outdated skills. So hiring a QA coding apprentice has never been more of an obvious choice.

The demand for software development, which has now been placed on the government’s ‘Shortage Occupation List, is ever increasing and in the panic of looming deadlines and lack of resources it’s easy to see why companies rush to offshore their software development needs, or hire inexperienced graduates. Why not? We ask, take the logical cost effective approach and hire an apprentice, who combined with their natural raw talent, will create a legacy of skills and expertise within your business that provide uncapped benefits for years to come.

Bristol CODED is a part of QA’s 10K In Tech campaign, which aims to reach the milestone of launching 10,000 tech careers by summer 2016. We also provide a free lunch and light refreshments throughout the day, and prove how a certified QA apprentice will reap rewards for your business year after year.

To secure your place at the event on 29 July 2015 at The Engine Shed: Bristol. Visit http://codedbristol.eventbrite.co.uk or http://codedbyapprentices.qa.com for more information.
