£7.5m of projects to regenerate Avonmouth
Bristol based civil engineering and building firm Tercon is regenerating two separate areas of development land in Avonmouth for three Bristol firms experiencing major growth.
International catering supplies business Nisbets PLC, national crane hire business King Lifting and Radstock asphalt and quarry firm Wainwright are all expanding their facilities to expand business reach.
The largest project, due to be completed April 2016, is for the design and build of a 58,000 square foot distribution warehouse for Bristol headquartered Nisbets plc, which supplies catering equipment to the commercial hospitality sector.
King Lifting have commission a new 10,000 square foot new head office and workshop building with a fully fitted out service bay for heavy cranes, while asphalt and aggregate specialists Wainwright will gain a £2 million Tarmac plant.
