Competition for the happiest workplace
A competition has launched to find Bristol’s happiest workplace. Run by workplace and interior design consultancy Wylde IA to find out what makes a great workplace, last year’s inaugural competition attracted over 300 entrants with skateboard manufacturer and distributor Shiner triumphing.
Wylde IA Director Maxine Bennett says: “Our Happiest Workplace competition has flagged up all kinds of reasons why staff are happy at work. Company ethos, respect and social activities rank alongside beautifully designed, creative spaces. These two aspects of working life tend to run hand in hand to provide the (almost) perfect formula for a content and productive workforce. We’re thrilled to be launching the 2016 competition today and can’t wait to see the next raft of entries.”
Partner company in the competition Herman Miller, which produces office furniture, has offered a height adjustable desk with monitor arm and Sayl desk chair for the winning company.
