Design award for King Street developers
Independent design studio Green Chameleon, based in King Street, has scooped a CSS Design Award for their interactive maps produced for fellow Bristol company Inside Asia Tours and designed to whet customer appetite for the continent.
In a break from their usual work, the beautifully illustrated maps of Japan, Burma and Indochina let users to explore the geography of each destination and uncover some of the best places to visit through unique animations.
“Each one of the animations will transport you to a 360 photosphere of the hand-picked location,” says client services manager Alex Astin. “Once here you can look around as if you were there in person, with your backpack and sunscreen on.”
Three additional infographics and extra video content were created to share with IAT’s thousands of social media followers, designed to position the company as “experts in Asian travel whilst extending the reach of the campaign”.
