Toby Guest, director and co-founder of Your Apartment, said: “This is a unique project for us.

“Our goal being to bring the eclectic and innovative nature of our aparthotel brand into the feature-rich, Shepherd’s Hall.

“The new development will retain and respect many of the traditional features from the original property, whilst exuding the fresh and vibrant nature of the Your Apartment brand.”

The aparthotel will be home to professionals working away during the week and a place for people visiting the city to stay on weekends.

Your Apartment is a serviced apartment provider co-founded by Bristol-born Charlie and Toby Guest in 2017.

The first aparthotel the brothers opened was in Clifton Village in December 2020.

Shepherd’s Hall was built in 1889 and was originally the headquarters for the Loyal Order of Ancient Shepherds.
