New desk space to rent on the harbourside

Desks are available to rent immediately in an open-plan workspace for creative companies and individuals overlooking the harbourside.

Studio 5 is located below the Watershed’s Pervasive Media Studio next to The Stable in what used to be the offices of Bristol Energy.

Half of the 32-desk workspace will be home to individuals and companies taking part in Bristol & Bath Creative R&D – a £6.8m collaboration between the Watershed, UWE Bristol, Bath Spa University, the University of Bath and the University of Bristol.

Everybody at Studio 5 will be encouraged to share and collaborate with the community at the Pervasive Media Studio, which is set to grow as part of the Watershed’s newly-revealed extension plans.

The Watershed hopes to increase in size from 4,400 sq m to 6,360 sq m with new work space for more than 100 people in the four floors of the rear of the existing building
