Ben Eine to release limited edition P prints at The Other Art Fair

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Jul 6, 2016

World-renowned street artist Ben Eine will be releasing an exclusive limited edition print from his popular letter series at this month’s The Other Art Fair.

Honouring Bristol’s pirate past, Eine’s P for Pirate will be on sale exclusively at the fair taking place at the Arnolfini from July 22-24.

On the first evening of the fair, Eine will also be taking part in a live Q&A session with Bristol24/7 Editor Martin Booth. The free event starting at 7pm in the Dark Studio is first come first served with a fair ticket.

Art lovers will be able to get their hands on the six-colour limited edition print for £95 at the fair.

Available in Eine’s trademark Circus font in an edition of 125 with three colourways, the signed prints are presented by JAM Editions and exclusively available to visitors to The Other Art Fair at the special fair price of £95, reduced from a normal price of £125.

Eine is invited as a special guest artist at The Other Art Fair, the three-day event that will be presenting 80 handpicked emerging artists directly to an audience of thousands.

Prior to gaining mainstream success, Eine was heavily active in London’s underground graffiti scene, alongside artists such as Banksy and D*Face. His distinctive alphabet lettering has seen him take over walls and shutters across east London.

Large-scale mural commissions include his monumental 400m mural for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Eine’s work is also enjoyed by a global audience, with US president Barack Obama owning Twenty First Century City as a gift from David Cameron on his first official state visit in 2010, making Eine the only living artist whose work is part of the White House collection.

The P for Pirate prints cannot be reserved beforehand and can only be bought in person at The Other Art Fair Bristol. Eine will be signing the prints in person after the Q&A on Friday, July 22.
