Afterburner is a 360-degree platform encircling a flaming spire and surrounded by a ring of exploding lampposts. It will be its only appearance at a UK festival this year.

Saturday’s Full Cycle takeover will also feature smaller acts, such as Ivy Lab, Bryan Gee b2b Jumpin Jack Frost, Sam Binga, D-Product, Sam Supplier and The Blast DJs brave the heat.

On Sunday, promoters Who Cares will present a ‘Girls & Boys’ takeover with artists My Nu Leng, Flava D, Barely Legal, Dismantle, New York Transit Authority, Madam X, Jamz Supernova, Kahn, Jus Now, Amy Becker, Safesoul and Komon.

Love Saves the Day headliners already announced will include Hot Chip, Dizzee Rascal, Everything Everything, Stormzy, Artful Dodger, Ben Klock and Joy Orbison.

“The Afterburner is going to be an incredible addition to this year’s festival,” says festival director Dave Harvey. “Arcadia will add to the spectacle of the whole event with a monster line-up and a stage that’s basically on fire. It’s mind blowing when you see it.”
