Win two tickets for Bristol Bierfest 2016

Beer is a beautiful thing, especially in the balmy warmth of late spring. The buoyant spirit of Germany’s Bierfests is coming to Bristol this May with the aptly named Bristol Bierfest, and Bristol24/7 is giving away a free pair of tickets to the Friday, May 6 Biertent festivities.

The tickets, valid for Friday only, will include complimentary beer and food as well as a seat reservation in the festival’s exclusive party tent. 

The Bierfest plans to erect a bona fide German village in Millennium Square from Thursday, May 5 to Sunday, May 8. Beer enthusiasts will mingle in the beer garden, frolic at the funfair and peruse the rustic wooden market stalls. Up to 10,000 visitors are expected to attend the event.

Bristol Bierfest will be a celebration of all things German, with bratwurst, Bavarian beer, live music by German bands, traditional German funfair games and even German sparkling wine, or Sekt.

To enter the Bristol24/7 Bierfest competition, sign up to our newsletter below. Then email competitions@bristol247.com with the subject line “Bierfest,” your name and your contact details. Enter by midday on Sunday, May 1. Winners will be selected at random, and you must be 18 or older to be eligible to win.
