Bar Buvette reopens on Baldwin Street

Christmas comes early with the reopening of one of Bristol’s best bars on Wednesday after an eight-month absence.

Bar Buvette returns to Baldwin Street once again under the auspices of Peter Taylor, a former chef, partner and wine buyer at Riverstation, and his wife Max Ososki.

Wine here is biodynamic and organic, many made by young producers in France, and served by the glass or bottle, accompanied by some splendid bread, cheese and charcuterie,
