Itsu arrives in Bristol
With its Far Eastern flavours packed with protein, fresh vegetables and goodness, itsu promotes health and low saturated fat.
Now open in Broadmead, itsu presents a brand new option for hungry shoppers.
itsu’s head of regions Agne Kazberaite believes that Bristol is the perfect place for the chain’s newest branch: “Bristol – it’s vibrant, relaxed and quirky, just like itsu, add to that the thriving food scene and desire for healthy, tasty food, it’s a perfect fit for us.”
Open from 9am until 9pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am until 6pm on Sunday, itsu offers every punter who buys a hot drink a banana to keep energy levels up.
This isn’t the only perk, and if you rock up half an hour before closing time on any given day, they offer half price meals in order to manage food waste.
Think fresh sushi, salads, breakfasts, puddings, yoghurts, snacks and drinks which are all available to be enjoyed at the high tables in the bright restaurant or at home.
From 5pm, visitors can enjoy udon noodle dishes, which can be accompanied by a choice of wine, beer or prosecco, as well as many soft drinks.
Founded by the co-founder of Pret a Manger, itsu prides itself on using produce primarily sourced from the UK, preparing fresh food on-site (or as close to the site as possible) and supporting charities.
With 64 freshly prepared dishes to choose from each day, itsu Bristol caters for the masses, including the health conscious, vegans, vegetarians as well as those just seeking a tasty meal.
