Pizzarova opens in crate behind M Shed

By Bristol24/7  Tuesday May 10, 2016

Only five months after opening their first Bristol restaurant on Gloucester Road, Pizzarova have opened within a converted crate behind M Shed.

Located on the edge of the new Wapping Wharf development, the crate sees Pizzarova going back to their street food roots, with the business started in Landrovers.

It will open from midday to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and midday to 5pm on Sunday, offering a stripped down version of their restaurant menu.

On opening day on Monday, their Lady margherita was available for £6 or customers could pay £9 for their own choice of toppings.

Pizza fans will soon be spoiled within Wapping Wharf, with Bertha’s Pizza (also founded in a Landrover) due to open in the former Mud Dock Deli at the top of the new Gaol Ferry Steps.

Also on the Gaol Ferry Steps, work is due to begin imminently on Little Victories, the second cafe from the Small Street Espresso team, next door to which will be a Better Food shop, the third after St Werburgh’s and Clifton

On the other side of the new walkway will be Mokoko, another speciality coffee shop currently with one cafe in Bath.

Meanwhile, a prime corner unit (below) could become a bar. Its identity is yet to be officially revealed – but fans of beer should go Wild.
