Charge over 2nd airport bomb hoax in 2 weeks
A man has been charged with a bomb hoax at Bristol Airport at the weekend.
Robert Boyd-Stevenson, 38, of Headford Road in Knowle West, has been charged with communicating false information with regards to a “security threat” to the airport on Saturday, August 29.
It was the second bomb hoax to have been made at the airport in two weeks, following a threat which closed the airport for six hours on the previous Saturday.

The airport remained open on Saturday while “normal contingency plans” were carried out.
Stevenson is due to appear before Weston-super-Mare Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
