Naked bike ride set for Bristol this weekend

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Jun 24, 2015

Bare bosoms and bottoms will be wobbling their way through Bristol under significant duress when the World Naked Bike Ride comes to the city this weekend.

Hundreds are expected to roll through the city with sweaty genitals pressed against bouncing saddles.

The clothing-optional protest ride aims to raise awareness about climate change and the vulnerability of cyclists in our cities.

“Join a celebration of bikes and bodies, highlighting the vulnerability of cyclists on our crowded roads; a peaceful, powerful demonstration against car culture and oil-dependency,” the group said ahead of the ride on Saturday.

Riders will meet at the Full Moon pub courtyard from 1pm for bike and body decoration, ready for departure at 2pm.

Over 300 people have already signed up for the event on Facebook.
