Avon Fire & Rescue said they were called at around 4.30am on Monday morning. Two fire engines attended to tackle the blaze which damaged windows of the craft beer bar.

A spokesperson at the fire service said the source of the ignition was not identified at first.

Inspections the following morning revealed it was likely that the fire was started deliberately.
