12 brilliantly Bristol road names
Bristol, home of the weird, wonderful and downright outrageous. We take pride in being unafraid to express ourselves and evidently the same can be said for our road names.
With thanks to Ramona Jones of Meanwhile Creative – providing fun, affordable and flexible places to work in Bristol

And just in case Saffron Close, Sage Hill and Rosemary Lane didn’t accurately portray the Bristolian love of food, we also have Cheese Lane and Ham Lane.
8. Long Road, Main Road and New Street
Sometimes even road-namers struggle to come up with something original, and Bristol respects that.
9. Unicorn Business Park

10. Nowhere Lane

11. Old School Lane
BS8 likes to keep it real, and Old School Lane won’t let you forget it.
12. Badman Close
Perhaps the least aptly located road in the Bristol region, Badman Close can be found neighboring the Mendips Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We think it should be relocated to Stokes Croft.
