North Somerset Arts Week turns 21
Now in its 21st year, North Somerset Arts Week returns on April 28 for a widespread celebration of the rich diversity of arts and crafts in the region.
Over 200 local artists will be displaying their work, either opening up their own homes and studios in the process, or gathering in shared community venues participating in the event.
From traditional to contemporary art; ceramics to textiles; painting to sculpture, there should be an aesthetic to suit every taste.

North Somerset Arts is a non-profit organisation dedicated to raising the cultural profile of creativity in the region, as well as demostrating the positive impact of the arts within local communities.
The biennial event acts as a showcase for the many artists resident in the county, as well as a welcome opportunity to forge conversations and connections.

Alongside the art – which will be displayed across 38 locations – there will be a programme of talks and workshops, and plenty of homemade cakes are promised, too.
Arts Week brochures, featuring artist profiles and a venue map, will be available from local shops and libraries in the area in the run-up to the event.
