By Sarski Anderson  Thursday Dec 14, 2023

Bricks have announced an open call for “a new major public artwork” for the Welcome Building in Bristol’s fast-developing Temple Quarter.

The project has an attached budget of over £100k and an engagement budget of 5k. While the call is open to all artforms, any submissions must be guided by a set of commission principles.

“We are seeking proposals for a public artwork that will resonate with the bold new Welcome Building, which will occupy a prominent gateway site into the heart of Bristol,” they say.
