is needed now More than ever
Isabelle Cornaro works using a range of media including film, painting, sculpture and installations. Her work examines the influence and impact of history on perceptions of reality. She is a trained art historian and her work references a range of genres from the Baroque to modernist abstraction.
Her practice uses found objects which she considers to be saturated with emotional resonances or symbolic potential. She then presents the objects using different media and types of display with the aim of revealing subtle shifts of meaning
This event was originally scheduled for Wednesday 11 March and is now on Monday 9 March.
