Street art tribute to Banksy painted on Stokes Croft
A new piece of street art by Bristol artist Soker pays tribute to Banksy’s infamous stunt in 2018 when a painting self-shredded after being sold for more than one million pounds at auction.
The new mural funded by Where The Wall to showcase top Bristol talent to the world took three days to paint by Soker.
It can be found outside Hamilton House directly underneath one of Banksy’s largest work still remaining in Bristol, The Mild Mild West, which he painted in 1999.
is needed now More than ever
Soker painted his work on brick, but created an effect to make the brick look like paper which has then been shredded.

Soker took three days to complete the piece
