Your chance to own a celebrity artwork from Grayson’s Art Club exhibition for just £5

By Martin Booth  Friday Aug 19, 2022

More than 200,000 people have visited the Grayson’s Art Club exhibition in Bristol since it opened in December 2021.

Now some of the original artwork on display by celebrity artists will be part of a prize draw raising money for the Bristol Museums Development Trust which funds community projects and conservation work across the city.

For £5 per ticket, you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win an original artwork from artists including David Bailey, Sue Perkins, Jane Seymour, Holly Walsh, Boy George and Harry Hill, or a replica artwork by Grayson Perry or Philippa Perry.

The Family by Boy George is made from acrylic paint, beads, thread and sequins on canvas. “You’ve got your family family and then you’ve got your disco family,” says Boy George – image: Grayson’s Art Club

“The closure of the museums during the pandemic had, and continues to have, a significant impact on our charitable income,” said Nigel Hardy, chair of Bristol Museums Development Trust.

“The proceeds from the draw will be vital in helping the museum care for the treasures in the collection and continuing to inspire visitors with world-class exhibitions.”

Prize draw tickets are available to purchase online at www.bristolmuseums.org.uk/win until September 23.

The Grayson’s Art Club exhibition is at Bristol Museum until September 4.
