A Bristol photographer has just 15 hours to go to reach her fundraising target to self-publish her documentary photobook, My Favourite Colour Was Yellow.

In her photobook, Kirsty Mackay records ‘the age of pink’, photographing girls with their pink possessions as a way to understand why the colour has become synonymous with female

The book includes essay, quotes and 70 colour photographs.
