The lineup is currently under wraps and is due to be announced in mid-August.
Festival director, Kate Hartoch said: “We are really excited about bouncing back into giving audiences of all ages a chance to enjoy some of the exciting shows that circus artists have been sustaining and creating over lockdown.
“Planning a festival like ours while the pandemic continues isn’t easy but we are determined to share our programme of local, national and international performance.
“There’s a strong sense that people want to get back to experiencing live shows.
“We love this experience, too, so we are working hard to ensure Circus City #4 is as safe, welcoming, enticing and enjoyable as possible.”
