Alfresco Disco takes to Coroner’s Court for an evening of stellar secret lineup grooves

By Miles Arnold  Monday Nov 13, 2023

Underneath The Galleries, St Paul’s Adventure Playground, The Austrian Alps – all places that the Bristol based (most of the time) promoters Alfresco Disco have hosted knees ups in the past. They can now add Lakota’s mortuary to that list.

This Friday sees Alfresco take to Coroners Court, the gothic ex-Coroner’s office, being dated back to 1854 in its current state, with its origins really stretching back to as early as the 13th century. Now an official Lakota™ rave spot since the end of January ‘23, the team will no doubt be transforming the space in true Alfresco Disco fashion.

Also in true AD fashion, the lineup is being kept top secret until you step through the doors and scan your ticket. But, if you’ve experienced their parties before, you’ll know to expect top tier grooves covering house, techno and disco – groovy, yet tough and holding its own.
