My Nu Leng celebrates a decade of music at Coroners Court
Bristol is a city with a history of rave success stories. Of the last ten years, it would be foolish to miss out My Nu Leng from that list. Since releasing their debut single ‘The Grid’ – a track that encapsulates that era of bassy 2012 UK house – they’ve gone on to release music covering all corners of electronic music, all operating under the same moniker.
In celebration of a decade of shutting down raves across the globe, the duo have curated a serious party at one of the city’s most notorious rave holes – Lakota. They’ll also be opening up the doors to Coroner’s Court next door – a criminally underused space where an opportunity to clock in should never be snuffed at.

My Nu Leng have chosen Bristol as the final leg of their anniversary tour, and they’ve certainly pulled it out of the bag on the lineup. Of course the boys bag themselves a headline slot, alongside the highly decorated Dread MC, but coming up the rear there’s plenty of exciting established and rising talent which, much like the boy’s productions, sit across the dance music spectrum.
is needed now More than ever
Some of the sets I’ll have on my timetable include the clinical, almost non-human like technicality of Neffa-T colliding with the new school garage suave of Bakey on a B2B that will certainly be something to behold, an acid house set from Randall (yes, you read that right), an all vinyl breaks and jungle masterclass from rising name Chinese Daughter and yet another interesting B2B combo with TikTok techno hero DJ Love butting heads with Mixtress.
The event is taking place on November 18, and you can grab your tickets from the Lakota website.
