Video of rave inside shop on Stokes Croft goes viral
Leeds-based music platform Off-Licence Sessions have made their first trip to Bristol.
Dozens of people packed into The Best Supermarket on Stokes Croft to enjoy their set, with a DJ and MC standing behind the counter as ravers danced in the aisles of the shop.
Videos of the event have already been shared far and wide.

“Taking over local bossmen’s shops up and down the UK with 140 and Grime sounds,” says the Off-Licence Sessions bio.
A full video is set to be published on their YouTube channel.
Before that drops, video from the session in Stokes Croft has also been shared by LinkUpTV, an account more than one million followers on Instagram:

In The Best Supermarket a few days after the shenanigans, shopkeeper Bilal Khan was still processing what had happened.
Bilal can be spotted in the videos from the event remaining remarkably calm during the chaos unfolding in the shop around him.

“They said there was only going to be about ten people but there was a bit more than ten people,” Bilal told Bristol24/7 with a smile.
“It was fun. I didn’t dance but I was watching. It was good music.”
