Comedy in the Bearpit
The regular People’s Comedy night is relocating to the sunken roundabout in the heart of Bristol for a special one-off show.
Usually hosted in the People’s Republic of Stokes Croft building on Jamaica Street, the event will see comedians, including Heydon Prowse (BBC Three’s The Revolution Will Be Televised and Ministry of Justice) and Bristolian favourites, perform in the Bearpit.

The night will be hosted in the Bearpit for a one-off special
Starting at 7pm on Friday (May 3), the usually ticketed night will be run on a donation basis, with any profits going to people who are homeless in Bristol.

Greg Winfield will compere the evening, which will also feature Firuz Ozark, Graeme Coulam and Joe Riley, and others.
