inklingroom brings its fusion of electronic music, contemporary dance and performance art to Bristol
Set up in 2020, the non-profit multidisciplinary art platform inklingroom was created to bring together underground electronic music, performance art and contemporary dance.
For co-founder and choreographer Keity Pook, the excitement of the concept is in its power to lower the perceived boundaries that lesser known artforms may be seen to possess.
“The aim is to make people more interested in contemporary dance and performance,” she enthuses, “hence why we’re presenting it in a music/club space at affordable prices.”

This work explores the human experience through movement and costume, accompanied by an immersive soundscape made exclusively for the show.
