Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania suffered a whopping 66% drop in taking during its second weekend on release. This is pretty much par for the course as far as Marvel flicks are concerned, since the nerds all flock to see these things as soon as they come out. The fall wasn’t big enough to allow Elizabeth Banks’s action-comedy Cocaine Bear to sneak past it and grab the top spot, but the big furry tooter still proved a bigger draw than romcom What’s Love Got to Do with It? Further down the chart, The Broker, Hirokazu Kore-eda’s follow-up to Shoplifters, is proving to be the arthouse hit of the moment.
