There’s no stopping video game adaptation Uncharted, which clocked up a third week at the top with only a small decline in earnings. Gentle comedy-drama The Duke was the highest new entry in third place – just behind Sing 2, which will shortly become one of just a handful of films to take more than £30m at the UK box office since the start of the pandemic. Cyrano was the latest awards contender to fail to drum up much interest, but a haul of gongs could change all that in due course. The final new entry was the 50th anniversary return of The Godfather, which did very impressive business for a reissue. At number six, Spider-Man: No Way Home continues its relentless assault on the UK all-time top ten. It currently sits in fourth place, having overtaken both Avatar and Spectre.
