No change as the top as the four leading films bedded in for the long haul over the summer. Barbie is rapidly approaching £50m after just two weekends on release and will soon be bagging a place in the all-time chart, while Oppenheimer is actually holding up even more strongly in second place and already ranks as the fifth biggest hit of the year. Also continuing to do well is Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, which sailed past the £20m mark in its third week on release and is shaping up to take the crown as the most successful of all Impossible Missions. The highest new entry was well-received Australian horror Talk to Me, which has also eclipsed Moonlight to become distributor Altitude’s biggest UK box office opener.
