If you can tear yourself away from the ongoing Brexit horror/shitshow, this Halloween brings plenty of alternative unpleasantness perpetrated by those with something of the night about them. We’ve noted before that Halloween cinema has really taken off in recent years, so we decided to corral everything together for 2019.
Should you be a bit of a wimp, you may be interested to know that the Vue Cribbs Causeway will be dishing out ‘comfort kits’ at its screenings over the Halloween period. These include a calming comfort blanket, an eye mask to shield nervous peepers from shocks and gore, a stress ball to relieve tension, and a soothing lavender spray. The small print tells us that there are a limited number of these kits, which are available on a first come, first served basis. You must also present a valid ticket to bag one.
You’ll find all the screenings for Halloween, and the week leading up to it, categorised below. Follow the links for more information and screening times.
