Early Man trailer, poster and stills revealed

By Robin Askew  Thursday Sep 7, 2017

The full trailer for Early Man has just been released, along with some new stills and the film’s poster. Nick Park’s eagerly anticipated first animated feature since 2005’s Wallace and Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit is a prehistoric adventure whose voice cast is headlined by Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston and Bristol’s own Maisie Williams.

Set at dawn of time, Early Man follows Dug the caveman (Redmayne) and his warthog sidekick Hognob as they lead their lovable yet primitive tribe against dastardly Bronze Age leader Lord Nooth (Hiddleston).

It’s not yet been revealed who provides the voice of Hognob, but there’s a strong British supporting cast. Leading the lovable misfit tribe is Chief Bobnar (Timothy Spall). He’s joined by Treebor (Richard Ayoade), Magma (Selina Griffiths), Asbo (Johnny Vegas), Barry (Mark Williams), Gravelle (Gina Yashere), Eemak (Simon Greenall) and Grubup (Richard Webber).
