Bambi Redux releases eclectic new album
Bambi Redux hasn’t taken lockdown lying down. Instead, she’s used the time to create and release her new electronic album.
Desire Production, inspired by ancient civilizations, was made over three months and is “suitable both for relaxation/yoga/mindfulness on the one hand, or dancing like a wild thing/smashing things up/smearing cream cakes all over everything on the other”.
Bambi aimed for the album to be about anything but lockdown, with it’s eclectic soundscape inspired “millennia gone by”, and hopes to invoke “the fun of ancient Mesopotamia”.
is needed now More than ever
At 49 minutes long, it’s a lavish and obnoxious album full of electric sounds and danceable tunes.
Desire Production is available on major streaming services, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
