Bristol singer-songwriter Emily Isherwood announces debut EP
Emily Isherwood has announced details of her debut EP, Distant Television Studios.
Local label Breakfast Records will be putting out the release in July, which will be the first new music from the Bristol singer-songwriter in over a year.
Speaking of the release, Dan and Josh from the label said: “It’s been a long time in the works, but Breakfast are thrilled to releasing the debut EP from Emily.”

Combining alt-R&B, shoegaze and avant-rock, Emily has previously worked with Skeleton Frames, Ema Sierra and Rink, and has only recently begun releasing music under her own name.
Her debut single, Calibrate, came out in 2018 through Bristol indie label Art Is Hard.
Dan and Josh from Breakfast Records added that Distant Television Studios is going to be be “one of our most exciting releases this year”, with the six-track EP coming in both a limited edition striped cream and pink colour as well as a classic standard black version.
The record is available to pre-order online now, with the limited edition coming with a special comic strip accompanying the lyric insert and a host of other extras.
