Drum & Bass on the Bike to return again to Bristol

By Martin Booth  Monday Mar 27, 2023

Drum & Bass on the Bike is returning to Bristol for its third annual outing.

2023’s ride begins at 2pm on Sunday from the Lloyds Amphitheatre to mark the start of British summertime and the second anniversary of DJ Dom Whiting’s increasingly popular cycle rides.

“Can’t wait for this one!” said Whiting. “As always Dnb On The Bike prides itself as a family cycle so of course all ages are welcome along with all modes of transport.”

The ride in 2022 started on College Green and ended in the Lloyds Amphitheatre, along the way shutting down most of Stokes Croft.

It was all a lot quieter in 2021 when Whiting came to Bristol for only his third Drum & Bass on the Bike ride.

He has since taken his custom-built tricycle across the UK and Europe and even featured in a BBC Sport promo video during Euro 2020.
