By Issy Packer  Thursday Jan 19, 2023

Communal Throb is a three day long exhibition, shedding a light on the alternative side of youth and night culture.

Running from February 3 to 5, the exhibition will be held at Centre Space on Leonard Lane.

Curated by Noods Radio, in collaboration with Dance Policy, a magazine dedicated to exploring dance, youth, and street culture, the exhibition will bring together a selection of photographers who have captured the intimate, communal and raw experiences shared by those who make-up shifting subcultures.

Attendees will be enriched with political context to accompany the photographs. The photographers included in the exhibit include Alex Murphy, Bonsoirmatilda, Chris Russell, CONFUSEDCU1TURE, Courteney Frisby and f3mal3_gaze, to name a few.

The opening night will see Bristol queer promoters People Like Us soundtracking the night and Noods have also worked with Deya Brewery to create an IPA which will be available on the night.
