New open air theatre for south Bristol

An open theatre is opening in south Bristol.

The theatre is due to open at Windmill Hill City Farm later this spring, with building work already started on the farm’s play area which is currently closed.

Farm bosses promise that the stage will soon host theatre, music, comedy and more.

“We are excited to announce that we will launch a new Open Air Theatre at Windmill Hill City Farm this Spring,” said the farm’s email newsletter.

“This new outdoor space will offer a relaxed, informal environment for engaging with a diverse live arts programme.

“We’ve got lots planned, from theatre productions, music acts and comedy shows. This new space will be for audiences of all ages.

“The building works have begun, so please keep your eyes peeled on our socials and website for more updates.”
