The Bristol Improv Theatre goes online
The Bristol Improv Theatre (BIT) has announced that it will be hosting lots of fresh improvised content on its website over the next few months while theatres remain closed.
“It’s an unprecedented time for live theatre, with many independent theatres forced to close for public health,” says artistic director Caitlin Campbell.
“For us, improvisation is about telling stories and connecting with other people. The world needs that now more than ever. We are going to be responding to this crisis creatively – we plan to live stream shows, run drop-in classes over video meetups, and release podcasts to keep you entertained in your homes.”
