Wychwood is in its 15th year
The fantastic, family favourite event that is Wychwood Festival is celebrating its 15th year by moving to a bigger and greener site and you can expect the usual high calibre of performers.
Diverse range of acts at Wychwood
is needed now More than ever
More than 100 acts will be performing across four stages within Cheltenham racecourse – including The Stranglers, ABC, Scouting For Girls, T’Pau, Toyah and Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club.
There will also be Geno Washington and the Ram Jam Band, Ibibio Sound Machine and Mr B the Gentleman Rhymer.

Other acts include DJ’s Steve Davis and Kavus Torabi, MILF (a founder member of EMF whose single ‘Unbelievable’ reached the top of the charts in 21 countries), DJ Bez (best known for his days in the Happy Mondays) and wait for it….Basil Brush!
One of the UK’s best-loved family festivals
This annual event has been voted as one of the UK’s best-loved family festivals (and with its amazing activities, workshops, dance, circus skills, debates and comedy for all ages, it’s easy to see why.)
More than 100 acts will be performing across four stages from May the 31st until the 2nd of June. Wychwood’s children’s literature festival brings together some of the UK’s top authors and illustrators as they talk about tales, fun facts and magical stories and pictures in The Story Box venue.

Wychwood Festival Director Graeme Merifield said: “With a new site, new dance venue and late-night entertainment across the festival it feels like a real coming of age celebration for Wychwood this year, and I for one can’t wait!”
He went on: “We’re incredibly proud of the hundreds of amazing activities we’ve got going on – there’s something for all ages to enjoy – and it is sure to be one to remember.”

He also said: “The racecourse site is evolving and we felt it was the right time for us to move to a greener site, a better location with good access and parking, which we hope everyone will enjoy.”
