Dawn Penn to play Bristol Harbour Festival

“No, no, no,” will be ringing out across Queen Square this summer as Dawn Penn headlines Bristol Harbour Festival.

The vocalist responsible for one of the most well-known reggae anthems is the closing act on Sunday July 19.

Bristol Harbour Festival will run from the Friday to Sunday with stages and events in Millennium Square, Lloyds Amphitheater, the Cascade steps and College Green.

The council-funded festival, which regularly attracts 250,000 people to the city centre, is in its 44th year.

Queen Square full line-Up:

  • Friday – Bristol Fantasy Orchestra, WOMAD sensation, Kobo Town and No Go Stop.
  • Saturday – Out There Choir, Natalie Whiteland, Shanty, Cardboard Fox, Tammy Payne, Roving Crows, Swami
  • Sunday – Organ3man, Screamin’ Miss Jackson & The Slap Ya Mama Big Band, Swordfishtrombones, Mim Suleiman and Dawn Penn.
