Fat Freddy’s Drop to headline Love Saves The Day 2017

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Dec 14, 2016

One of Bristol’s most highly anticipated festivals have announced their first Sunday evening headliner for 2017.

Starting out as a day festival in Castle Park back in 2012, Love Saves The Day has grown into a hugely popular two-day event, showcasing artists from across the globe.

Next year will be no different, with New Zealanders Fat Freddy’s Drop gracing Eastville Park on May 28 with their independently controlled underground music.

With their last three LPs blending a mixture of sunshine reggae, soul psychedelia, jazz virtuosity and diaphragm-wrecking digital sonics, this first announcement promises good things from the festival.

With stage partners including Just Jack, Who Cares, The Blast, Run, Cult and Hold Tight, this lineup is expected to be a big one and we’re expecting more exciting announcements like this one in the near future.
