LSTD 2017 reveal Arcadia Afterburner stage lineup

By Ngaio Anyia  Wednesday Feb 22, 2017

Love Saves The Day has already revealed it’s main stage lineups… But today it’s been announced that The Arcadia Afterburner will make it’s only UK appearance in it’s hometown of Bristol for Love Saves The Day, set in Eastville Park this May.
The Afterburner is a 360-degree stage built around a central flaming spire, with dance platforms radiating out to outer rings of fire shooting torches. A Glastonbury staple, it has appeared at festivals as far afield as New Zealand, Croatia and the US.
On Saturday, May 27, the Arcadia Afterburner will feature extended sets from acclaimed DJs such as homegrown Bristol favourite Peverelist and fellow lynchpin in modern Bristol electronic music Hodge, closing with the illustrious Craig Richards, followed by the world renowned Ricardo Villalobos.
Sunday, May 28 welcomes a host of f D&B, Jungle and Grime names. The Afterburner will be set alight by special guest Friction, rising London, D&B producer Dimension and DJ Hype going B2B with Hazard. Drum & Bass legends D*Minds will also be taking to the stage, with Randall going back-to-back with 4Hero for a special ‘reinforced set’.
Bristol’s own Bodynod will also be on hand to present a Sunday takeover, with P Money, Marcus Nasty and Bristol boy Blazey. MCs GQ, Skibadee, AD, Jakes and Linguistics will be hosing the firey stage throughout in true Love Saves The Day style.
