By Natalie Sherriff  Thursday May 18, 2023

A popular coffee pop-up is opening a second location in Bristol.

Coffee Club will open a second location at Paintworks in Arnos Vale.

Previously known as Imagine That, Coffee Club is run by Lucy Atkins and Dan O’Donoghue.

Earlier this year they managed to obtain a five-year lease, which allowed them to upgrade from a horse box to a shipping container to sell coffee and baked goods on the Bristol marina.

“Coffee Club is all about bringing people together, be it for a coffee and a natter in the sunshine or at one of our local gig nights,” the team told Bristol24/7.

After two and a half years on Bristol marina, they will now be taking over from Alex Does Coffee, who announced she was hitting the road earlier this year.

“Our cafe has been open on the Bristol Marina for 2.5 years and now feels like the right time to add site two into the mix,” they said.

Setting up in an airstream caravan alongside BristolEats, Coffee Club is looking to open up in the last week of May.

“We’re looking forward to working with Bristol Eats to create a vibe for the space and are already working on ideas to bring the live music element of our business to the site.”

Coffee Club will be working with local suppliers where possible, and offering a selection of locally baked goods including vegan or gluten free options.
