Easy Rawlins is modern soul food: lighter, fresher twists on traditional favourites that draw on the Caribbean and the American South. Breakfasts include Caribbean and American options, while dinner choices range from salt fish fritters with lemon and lime, to generous portions of jerk chicken or sweet potato and chickpea stew. Then there’s Easy Rawlins’ legendary six-layer veggie burger, which might just be the tallest burger in Bristol.
