7 best restaurants in Bristol for vegans

By Written in association with PETA  Monday May 23, 2016

Plant-based eating is on the rise: one in eight British adults now identify as a vegetarian or vegan, according to recent research by Mintel.

With benefits that include a lower risk of developing cancer, better skin, a slimmer physique and a clearer conscience, it’s easy to see why more and more people are making the switch.

And when it comes to eating vegan, Bristolians are spoilt for choice – from classy cuisine to juicy burgers, the local vegan scene doesn’t disappoint.
